The Dentique Smile Makeover

Let Dentique Help You Reinvent Your Smile

A Dentique Smile Makeover can improve the appearance of your smile through one or more cosmetic dentistry procedures. Your treatment plan may consist of many cosmetic and functionally restorative procedures, potentially including:

  • Teeth Whitening

  • Invisalign®

  • Dental Veneers or Lumineers®

  • Implants & Bridges

  • Composite Filling/Bonding

  • Botox® and Juvederm®

Some of the treatments that Dentique will recommend to achieve your Smile Makeover may include the following:

Teeth Whitening

Silver or amalgam dental fillings can be replaced with natural, tooth-colored composite restorations, while teeth whitening can improve the color of stained or dulled teeth. Tooth color and shading are important considerations during the evaluation of and preparation for various procedures, including porcelain veneers, crowns, bridges, composite bonding and dental implants.

When considering the color of your teeth, keep in mind that dark or discolored teeth may suggest an aged mouth. A well-shaped smile comprised of bright, white teeth lends to a youthful appearance. The shade your dentist selects for teeth whitening and veneers is carefully evaluated with special consideration given to the tone and color of your face and hair. Our dentists are skilled at finding the right balance between providing you with a brighter, whiter smile and maintaining a natural tooth color.

Teeth that are crooked, overlapping or have gaps between them can be straightened and aligned when necessary through orthodontics or Invisalign®.

Invisalign® treatment can straighten your teeth and give you a beautiful smile in a reasonable amount of time, without feelings of self-consciousness during treatment as your aligners are practically invisible.

Dental Veneers or Lumineers®

Dental veneers (sometimes called porcelain veneers or dental porcelain laminates) are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length.

Dental veneers can be made from porcelain or from resin composite materials. Porcelain veneers resist stains better than resin veneers and better mimic the light reflecting properties of natural teeth. You will need to discuss the best choice of veneer material for you with your dentist.

IMplants & Bridges

One or more missing teeth can negatively affect the appearance of your smile – as well as affect your bite and increase your risk for tooth decay – making replacement an integral part of oral health and facial esthetics. Missing teeth can be replaced by dental implants, bridges or partial dentures.

Composite Filling/Bonding

Composite bonding is a cosmetic technique wherein a type of dental material – in this case, composite resin – is shaped and molded on your teeth to give the appearance of straighter, whiter smile. It can be used as a cosmetic solution to chipped teeth, gapped teeth and staining in both teeth and fillings. Unlike porcelain veneer placement, which can take more than two visits, composite resin bonding can be completed in one appointment.

Botox® and Juvederm®

Wrinkles and fine lines are inevitable as part of the aging process. But they make us look so tired and far less attractive than when we were younger. And this can potentially ruin your self-image and esteem, especially when the aging signs occur prematurely. For fast results, Botox® and Juvederm® treatments are touted as the best hot tickets in aesthetics today. They can reverse facial aging signs leaving you looking naturally younger and attractive.
